Bio

In the past, the majority of my expertise is with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software. I have been working on the computers of my friends and family since middle school (over 15 years) and worked in a wide range of different technical support roles. These roles have given me a broad view of the Information Technology world, from telecom support to graphic design support to server and admin support.

Currently my focus is on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) as well as the Office 365 stack.
