  • 1.  using a expiry date

    hi
    i am trying  to use an expiry date in a bi report.
    the concept  is  live product is harvested on Aug 13/21, 9651 units,
    Purchase Order for  150 units,
    balance Balance held  in Cooler  9501
    Out_Date  20/08/21  (7 days )
    Toss column should show the same amount as what is held in the cooler.
    cooler amount should be decreased to 0.



    any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks

    ​Hi,

    I would think a couple of measures would be all that is needed. Or am I not understanding the requirement?

    e.g.

    Cooler Amount = IF TODAY() < [Out_Date] ,[Cooler],0

    Toss Amount  = IF TODAY() <  [Out_Date] ,0,[Cooler]
