You can register for the exam through following URL;
70-778: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BIOnce you click [Schedule Exam], it will redirect you to Pearson VUE site, you must be sign in with your Microsoft Account [Outlook, Hotmail]
Choose the testing center & then select available seat & time slot.
On the checkout screen it will ask you to verify exam details & schedule and then proceed to payment screen
You will get a confirmation from Pearson VUE as well as Microsoft for exam schedule
